Use this form to register a charge created on or after 6 April 2013 to secure a series of debentures where there is no instrument.

This form applies to a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 in England and Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland.
It costs £23 to register a charge on paper. Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.
Any mortgage or charge before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form MG07 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG07s from the National Archives website.
The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
