Use this form to register a charge created on or after 6 April 2013 subject to which property has been acquired where there is no instrument.

This form should be used to register particulars of a mortgage or charge subject to which property or undertaking has been acquired where there is no instrument in England and Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland created on or after 6 April 2013. There is a cost of £23 to file it.

You must notify particulars of a mortgage or charge created before this date on form MG06 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG06s (Scotland) which can be found on the National archive website.
It costs £23 to register a charge, regardless of when the charge was originally created.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
