If you comply with the conditions in this regulatory position statement (RPS), you do not need to meet the 70% recycling target in categories 3 and 4 of the WEEE Regulations.

  1. We have limited this RPS so that it applies to those handling leaded funnel glass only. We have also extended the expiry date to 1 January 2021.
