The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) commissioned Revealing Reality to conduct qualitative research, as part of the MAC review of adult social care, by interviewing employers and employees, to understand:
- current practice
- the experiences of both employers and employees within adult social care
- the impact that the ending of free movement has had on the sector
