Decision letter and Inspector’s Report on a recovered appeal relating to an application for 2 wind turbines.
The Secretary of State has been made aware of 2 typographical errors in the original Decision Letter issued on 17 July. While these are not fundamental, he is issuing a revised letter under section 56 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 to correct these mistakes.
