Details

Up-to-date records must be kept by people carrying out street works, detailing every item of apparatus placed underground which belongs to them.

Records must be updated as soon as possible after an item is placed in the street or its position is altered, or if it is placed whilst doing any other works.

These records must be made available for inspection free of charge at all reasonable hours during the working day.
