The Environment Agency has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for:

i) the reconstitution of the Norfolk Rivers Internal Drainage Board to reduce the number of elected members of the Board from 15 to 10

ii) and any matters relating to or following from that reconstitution

A copy of the scheme is available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Water Management Alliance at
