The Environment Agency has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for:

  • the reconstitution of the Norfolk Rivers Internal Drainage Board to reduce the number of elected members of the Board to 10
  • any matters relating to or following from that reconstitution
