Raymond Brown Quarry Products Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 8 of The Water Abstraction (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017.

The Environment Agency has received the following abstraction licence application within the Test Lower catchment.

The application is for a licence to transfer water as follows:

  • 67 cubic metres an hour
  • 941 cubic metres a day
  • 60,547 cubic metres a year
  • All year.
  • At National Grid References (NGRs) SU 33235 22779, SU 33691 22860, SU 33723 22451, SU 33262 22602

The water will be used for Dewatering.
