Radnor Hills Mineral Water Company Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number MD/054/0009/052 which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata comprising of sands and gravels at Radnor Hills, Heartsease at National Grid References: SO 35099 72580, SO 35189 72541 and SO 35193 72539.

The variation applied for is: to extend the expiry date of the licence to 31 March 2037.
