Details of the application
Robert Draper, Andrew Draper, Douglas Draper and Mary Draper trading as D and M Draper and Sons has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 8 of The Water Abstraction (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017.
The Environment Agency has received the following abstraction licence application within the Test and Itchen catchment.
The application is to vary licence serial number 11/42/24/5 which authorises the abstraction of water from the Butlocks Heath Stream at Pickwell Farm, Old Netley, Hampshire.
The variation applied for is to add the purpose of Trickle Irrigation.
