Rigour and Responsiveness in Skills report describes a strengthened approach to intervening in poor performing further education providers.

In this open letter the FE Commissioner, Dr David Collins CBE, shares his thoughts on quality improvement. He considers why quality is so much better in some colleges than in others, and examines the underlying characteristics of successful leadership and management teams.
