Details
The Pubs Code requires pub-owning businesses (POBs) to complete and publish an annual compliance report. POBs must also submit a copy of their compliance report to the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA).
Pubs Code compliance reports submitted by the following POBs for the 2018/19 reporting year are published on this page:
- Admiral Taverns
- Ei Group
- Greene King
- Marston’s
- Punch Taverns Limited
- Star Pubs & Bars
Where the office of the PCA has required POBs to provide further information or clarification of any element of its compliance report, this will be reflected by the additional publication of an updated version of the POB compliance report concerned.
