Details

The Public Health Skills and Knowledge Framework (PHSKF) is a UK-wide resource which describes the functions and activities carried out by people working to protect and promote the public’s health.

These documents include:

The PHSKF is a collaboration between PHE, Public Health Wales, NHS Health Scotland and the Public Health Agency of Northern Ireland. The development process is detailed in Review of the PHSKF.

The PHSKF should be consulted along with All Our Health, the employer standards and Quality in public health: a shared responsibility.
