The data in this report cover public appointments made by United Kingdom Government Ministers to bodies and offices listed in the Schedule to the Public Appointments Order in Council (pdf, 549 KB).

These appointments are regulated by the Commissioner for Public Appointments. The report includes data collected during the appointments process over the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020, as well as data on existing appointees at 31 March 2020.
