This report sets out the PSPRB’s analysis of evidence given by relevant organisations and makes proposals on operational manager, officer and support grade pay and allowances in England and Wales from April 2016.
The PSPRB provides independent advice to the Prime Minister and the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice on the pay for operational Prison Service staff in England and Wales.
