PSN domain name authorisation request form

This file is in an OpenDocument format

PSN customers not connecting via the GCF should make DNS changes by completing the PSN customer change form.

Complete a DNS authorisation form if you have an existing domain name which you would like to host on the PSN.

Domain contract owners must own all transaction requests on their domains. Any requests from other sources will be referred back to the domain contract owner and may cause unnecessary delays.

Existing Government Conveyance Framework (GCF) customers should use the GCF customer change form.
