This document contains the following information: Protocol amending the Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of Malaysia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income signed at Kuala Lumpur on 10th December 1996: London, 22 September 2009.

The Agreement entered into force on 28 December 2010.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
