These documents provide further information about powers of entry, including details about the Home Office gateway process and government-wide review of powers of entry. They also comprehensively list all the powers of entry as identified by government up to April 2012. The act requires all existing powers of entry to be reviewed with a view to either modifying them by increasing their safeguards or removing them altogether from statute.
