This letter to potential promoters of Heathrow expansion follows on from the Chancellor’s invitation for proposals for a third runway to be brought forward by this summer.

The letter outlines essential information that is required in plans brought forward as proposals may be used to inform the Airports National Policy Statement review.

  • deliverability
