Property Asset Management Capability Assessment Model (PAMCAM) is an online self-assessment tool. Government organisations should use this to measure their corporate property asset management capability and identify areas for improvement.

The tool is administered by the Government Property Profession, and access to PAMCAM is through the e-PIMS™ system.
