The Project Delivery Diversity and Inclusion strategy is based on a solid evidence base that has given us insight into the diversity of our colleagues working at all levels of the Project Delivery profession.

At its core are three pillars:

  • Creating an inclusive culture
  • Supporting progression
  • Embedding Diversity and Inclusion outcomes for projects

This strategy is aligned to the Civil Service Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.
