Processes for making free trade agreements once the UK has left the EU

This paper details processes for making free trade agreements after the United Kingdom has left the European Union.

This command paper and accompanying written ministerial statement set out details of how we will deliver an inclusive and transparent independent trade policy.

The command paper makes commitments to public transparency and engagement with the devolved administrations, and sets out further detail and proposals on the role of Parliament in scrutinising future free trade agreements.
