Details

The Private sector cladding remediation fund will cover the cost of the replacement of unsafe aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding on high-rise private residential properties in England.

Payments in respect of each leaseholder from the fund will need to comply with subsidy control regulations.

  • subsidy control guidance for applicants: this guidance explains what should be done by responsible entities at each stage of the application process.

  • subsidy control guidance for leaseholders that are economic actors: each owner of a flat that is an economic actor must sign and complete a subsidy declaration. This guidance supports leaseholders in completing their declaration.

  • subsidy declaration for leaseholders: each owner of a flat that is an economic actor must sign and complete a subsidy declaration. The form must be returned to the responsible entity of the leaseholder’s building. The responsible entity is the organisation which has made the application for funding.
