This report records the observations and recommendations from the triennial review of the Prison Service Pay Review Body (PSPRB). The review has examined evidence regarding the continuing need for the PSPRB and its status as a non-departmental public body (NDPB). It also reviewed whether the governance arrangements in place comply with Cabinet Office guidance.
The review concluded that the functions of the PSPRB are still required and that delivery through a NDPB remains appropriate.
