The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by priory coaches UK Ltd with effect from 00:01 on 12th July 2019
- revoke the operator licence held by Rigleys Hire Ltd with effect from 00:01 hours on 12th July 2019
- disqualify Michael Parker indefinitely from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence
- disqualify Paula Parker indefinitely from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence
- disqualify Michael Parker indefinitely from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
- disqualify Brett Parker indefinitely from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
