An application has been made to the Environment Agency by Princes Leisure Group Limited. The Environment Agency are required to give notice of this application.

The application is to vary full licence to abstract water serial number 9/40/04/0230/SR which authorises the abstraction of water from The North Stream at TR 34509 58571.

The variation applied for is to increase abstracted volumes to be limited to high flows in summer in order to top up an existing storage reservoir in addition to existing licence conditions.
