Results of research on pregnancy and maternity-related discrimination and disadvantage in the workplace.
This research explores pregnancy and maternity-related discrimination in the workplace. These reports provide the findings from interviews with over 3,000 mothers and over 3,000 employers in Great Britain.
The research was commissioned in collaboration with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).
First findings from the research were published in July 2015.
