If you have obtained qualifications in the UK and you need to have them recognised in Portugal, you should contact:

The British Consulate is not authorised to certify the authenticity of your diploma or school report. This can only be done by the Legalisation Office in the UK.
If your diploma or school report was translated in Portugal, the translation can be authenticated by a local notary. Your translator will have to do this for you.
