The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the licence held by Portcliff Ltd with immediate effect
- disqualify Cvetan Dimitrov for an indefinite period of time from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
- disqualify Cvetan Dimitrov with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, from acting as transport manager on any licence
