Details
Portable flexi-job apprenticeships support apprentices in employment sectors where shorter-term or less predictable contracts are common. We’ve developed them to give apprentices more control over these apprenticeships.
Apprentices who take part in portable flexi-job apprenticeships:
- undertake a series of shorter contracts
- agree contracts directly with multiple employers
- are supported by their training providers
- can pause and restart their learning where needed
- are responsible for securing their employment
Information is also available for flexi-job apprenticeships using agencies, where approved agencies are used.
