Details

The Water (Special Measures) Act 2025 has inserted provisions into the Water Industry Act 1991 (referred to as the Act in this guidance) requiring the preparation and publication of PIRPs and associated Implementation Reports by each relevant water company.

This guidance explains how to complete these plans and reports.
