We received the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

‘Any emails, documents, notes, minutes, briefings or letters held by the Home Office that relate to the April 1 G20 demonstrations and/or the death of Ian Tomlinson that were produced between April 1 - June 30.  I would like this to include, where possible, communications between the Home Office and other government departments; the Metropolitan Police/City of London Police; Independent Police Complaints Commission and her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary.’
