Details

An equalities impact assessment for the the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (Application to immigration officers and designated customs officials in Northern Ireland) and Consequential Amendments Regulations 2026.

The Home Office screens all policy changes for equality impacts on groups sharing protected characteristics, and to identify any appropriate mitigations, as required.
