The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Vector Aerospace International Limited.

The Vector Aerospace International Limited (VAIL) operation will be permitted as:
S5.4 Part A(1)(a)(ii) - Disposal of non-hazardous waste with a capacity exceeding 50 tonnes per day involving physico-chemical treatment.
S2.3 Part B - Any process for the surface treatment of metal which is likely to result in the release into air of any acid-forming oxide of nitrogen and which does not fall within Part A(1) or Part A(2) of this Section.
There will also be a medium combustion plant within the permit.
