1. Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from GAP Group Limited.

Regulated facility type
The application is for the temporary storage and discharge of portable toilet and septic tank wastes primarily to foul sewer. No active treatment will be carried out at site but will pass though a rough screen to remove extraneous matter. The waste will be stored in a discharge chamber underground or ‘Tuff tanks’ above ground to be released at a suitable flow rate to comply with the sewage undertaker trade effluent consent. This site will accept and discharge up to 18,250 tonnes per year.
