Details of the application

Pippingford Estate Co. Limited (The) has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of Pippingford Brook between National Grid References TQ 44950 31510 and TQ 45040 31500.

Water will be obstructed or impeded to reconstruct a dam for habitat creation.
