Details

The data shows the proportion of employees awarded a performance rating in relation to:

• grade
• gender
• working pattern
• disability
• ethnicity
• religious belief
• sexual orientation
• age
• distribution by location

The performance year is from 1 April to 31 March. In the current performance management system employees are categorised as ‘top’, ‘middle’ and ‘lower’. Employees who were not awarded a performance rating have been omitted from this data.
