This is currently draft guidance. If, after 40 days, neither House has resolved that the guidance should not be approved then it will be issued and published. Until that time the existing people with significant control: company statutory guidance remains in force.

The guidance has been prepared by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) with the help of business, civil society and legal experts.
