- a list of every company and individual the SIA has prosecuted from August 2017 to date (excluding the last 12 months of prosecutions which are publicly available)
- a list of every company and individual given an improvement notice from August 2017 to date
2. Response
I confirm that the SIA holds the information that you have requested, which can be found in the attachments to this response.
[Note: an ‘improvement notice’ is an informal sanction we apply to a company when it has committed offences under the Private Security Industry Act 2001. The notice sets out the improvements we require. It is discharged when we are satisfied the improvements have been made.]
