Details
Penton Hook Lock will be closed to river traffic on 12 April 2022 between 10am – 5pm.
This is to allow engineers to flush and replenish the hydraulic system that controls the lock gates, in order to remove an apparent air lock that has entered the system.
Our contractor will complete the work as soon as practicable to minimise the disruption to our customers.
We will update the River Conditions Website as soon as the works are complete, and the lock is re-opened.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.
