The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from East Midlands Waste Management Limited.

The application is for a Deposit for Recovery activity to stabilise the southern side of the brickworks void, by the railway track. Work is limited to the deposition for waste (approx. 216,700m3) and the treatment (by screening) of waste to facilitate placement and export as aggregate.
