This report, for the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, summarises the findings of a 2013 study of employment tribunal claimants. It looks at claimants who had been successful at tribunal and were awarded a sum of money by the tribunal. The survey covered:

  • award payment and reasons for non-payment
  • using different enforcement routes available in England and Wales, and Scotland

This report allows comparisons to be made with a similar study carried out in 2008 which covered England and Wales.
