• the number of calls the helpline has received each year since 2010
• the proportion of calls to the helpline from EU-8 nationals
• the number of calls to the helpline per year since 2010 where the caller required EU-8 language support
• the number of staff (full time equivalent) employed by the helpline as telephone advisers
