The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- disqualify Paul Tedaldi indefinitely from acting as transport manager on any operator’s licence, with effect from 24 April 2019
- suspend the operator licence held by Paul Ricketts Transport Ltd with effect from 24 April 2019, until a transport manager is accepted onto the licence
- attach undertakings onto the operator licence as detailed in the written decision
