Details

This report presents the interim findings of the 2024 to 2025 evaluation of the PINS programme.

The evaluation aims to provide insight into the effectiveness and early impacts of PINS by:

  • understanding how PINS was implemented and identifying any barriers to delivery
  • determining how, and to what extent, PINS improved schools’ ability to support neurodivergent pupils and if this improved pupil outcomes
  • assessing the acceptability, suitability and benefit of PINS being rolled out more widely

It gathers views from a range of stakeholders, including:

  • school staff
  • local parent carer forum representatives
  • practitioners
  • pupils
