The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Parker Transport Midland Ltd with immediate effect
- disqualify David Keith Parker indefinitely from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence and from being director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence
- disqualify Denis Healy with immediate effect and for an indefinite period from as transport manager on any operator’s licence
