Commonly collected refers to packaging that’s collected at kerbside for recycling by at least 75% of local authorities across all 4 UK nations (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales).
Limited collection refers to packaging that’s collected at kerbside for recycling by between 50 and 75% of local authorities across all 4 UK nations.
