The PACE Code H 2019 has been superseded by a newer version of the code that came into force on 10 February 2023.
Revised code of practice in connection with detention, treatment and questioning by police officers under the Terrorism Act 2000.
The code came into effect from 21 August 2019 and it was revised following a statutory consultation.
