Decision of the Charity Commission published on 23 May 2011.

The commission published a draft order to appoint interim trustees in order to facilitate trustee elections. The commission received two representations, one supporting the proposed order and one objecting to it.

The commission decided that the order should be made to establish a membership for the charity and hold elections.
